Special Notice on the Polio Vaccination Certificate

According to the Joint Announcement No.79 issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health and Home Planning Commission, the National Tour Administration of P.R.China, travelers holding Pakistan passport will be requested to provide the polio vaccination certificate issued by Pakistan Government in recent one year when they entry China from 1st August 2014. The travelers mentioned above has to inoculate the oral polio vaccination compulsively at the port if the valid certificate can't be provided, otherwise they will be denied to entry China
