In order to facilitate collection of nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests samples from two different medical institutions designated by the Chinese Embassy within 48 hours before boarding, and to strengthen the verification of passenger identity documents, starting from 25 November 2020, all passengers who need to apply for green health code with the “HS” or “HDC” mark from the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan should come to the Consular Section of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan (along side the Third Avenue) in person with passports for samples collection. The details of samples collection are as follows:

• l Passengers taking Air China CA946 should come to the above-mentioned site from 9:30am to 12:00pm every Wednesday.
• l Passengers taking PIA PK854 should come from 9:30am to 03:30pm every Thursday.
• l Passengers taking China Southern Airlines CZ8140 should come from 01:30pm to 03:30pm every Saturday or 9:30am to 12:00pm every Sunday.

Reports of nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests base on samples collected at other places will not be accepted by the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan.
