I. Circumstances for Visa Exemption
Pakistani citizens holding valid diplomatic or official passports are exempt from visa for visiting the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of the People’s Republic of China for stays of up to 30 days. Pakistani citizens holding valid diplomatic passports are exempt from visa for visiting the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China for stays of up to 14 days.

II. Foreign Citizens Visiting Hong Kong
Pakistani citizens holding valid Pakistani passports and third-country nationals holding valid passports of other countries who can provide copies of proof of legal stay or residence in Pakistan (e.g., a valid visa or a Pakistan Origin Card) can submit visa applications directly via the Hong Kong Immigration Department website (https://www.immd.gov.hk/hkt/) and pay the relevant fees online.
III. Foreign Citizens Visiting Macao
Pakistani citizens holding valid Pakistani passports, and third-country nationals holding valid passports of other countries who can provide copies of proof of legal stay or residence in Pakistan (e.g., a valid visa or a Pakistan Origin Card) can submit their visa applications via Gerry’s Visa Application Centre. Please visit the website of the Macao SAR Public Security Police Force (https://www.fsm.gov.mo/psp/cht/main.html) in advance to check the relevant visa policies. The fee for a Macao visa is PKR 13,700 per person, which includes a visa communication fee of PKR 5,500 collected by the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Pakistan.
